    <summary><![CDATA[前几天吃得太heavy了来道清清爽爽的沙拉吧!味道也还蛮不错哦...带有浓浓的花生&amp;九层塔的香味我没放虾酱因为不懂是什么&amp;哪能买到.自己多手加了点辣椒,酸酸辣辣的还不错哦!!我把米醋换成柠檬汁而烫软后的河粉我加了一点点的橄榄油越南河粉沙拉【材　 料】河粉 1人份 銀芽 少許 紅蘿蔔 少許 小黃瓜 少許 九層塔 少許 聖女蕃茄 少許 蝦醬 1大匙 炒香的花生 1大匙 【調 味 料】越南涼麵醬 適量【做　 法】1.銀芽洗淨汆燙熟，撈起泡入冰開水中待涼，備用。2.紅蘿蔔及小黃瓜洗淨切絲；九層塔洗淨切碎，番茄洗凈對半切，花生拍碎，備用。3.取一容器，放入河粉、作法1的銀芽、作法2的紅蘿蔔絲、小黃瓜絲、番茄及九層塔碎，再加入適量的越南涼麵醬與花生碎拌勻即可。=========================================================================越南涼麵醬的做法【材　 料】細砂糖 1又1/2大匙 開水 2大匙 蒜頭 15公克 米醋 3大匙 泰式魚露 2大匙【做　 法】1.蒜頭洗淨切末，備用。2.取一碗，放入開水及細砂糖，攪拌至細砂糖溶化。3.於作法2碗中依序加入米醋、泰式魚露及作法1的蒜末，攪拌拌勻即可。注意!鱼露很咸,调好的酱汁最好试一下]]></summary>
